Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $50 / $5.99 for orders under $50
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $24.99

Food & Tea Product Notes

  • All food and tea products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and quality during transit.
  • During summer months or high-temperature periods, insulated packaging and ice packs may be used to protect temperature-sensitive items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if a significant delay is expected.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that some food products may be subject to state-specific regulations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for perishable items.
