Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at csnmj3919@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
